Nathan's Blog Post

Last year I was Just lucky to go to go on my biggest trip of all. First I will tell you about the cruise ship me and my family went in.

The Sapphire Princess is a giant cruise ship with many spas and pools. The piazza has a nearby pizza stand and the dining room has many foods and drinks including: pizza bread and meat cooked however you want.
The casino has many of the basic games and some new ones, also used for emergencies.

The exiting places I went to were: Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand (Koi Samui, Nathon).

Brunei, we had a tour in a car we saw the beautiful lakes and seas. I also learned about there religion practice. They call a god called Ali and they don't eat pig (WHAT! NO HAM WITH PIZZA)
In Vietnam we took a tour bus. We talked about the war a bit and now I know why they drive loads of motor bikes there. We went shopping for about 10min and went to a hotel there for lunch with some other tourst.
In Cambodia it was Christmas so we didn't have much time there I saw the boats (were really stinky) there and had a long walk. The day was was very hot and tiring and I couldn't wait to get to the bus and in the cruise ship. When we got there I wasn't very exited. I also was the first to see Santa who gave me a present (OK? All the presents are the same "WHAT?")  So I wasn't very happy but still thankful so I gave it to my brother which made him and me happy.

In Thailand my dads work mate who now does a tourist job  (Dad some times goes to Thailand to work as an engineer) took us to an Elephant show where the Elephants lifted people up, throw darts at balloons and even play soccer. We also saw the where the owner of a car garage had like 20 cars and a Shelby cobra gt 5000.

The best part of all was when I went to LEGOLAND Malaysia.
First we had some KFC which was connected to Legoland in the afternoon (Everything Is Awesome!)
Then the next day the fun started first we went on the Technics roller coaster which wasn't that big. The resort was very big and the view was beautiful but I didn't get to see it that much because in my room we could only see the side of the building :(.  After my yummy breakfast :) I did the biggest ride which was the dragon (For some reason it wasn't as intense as the Technics ride.) My brother was not old enough for the rides but surely big enough so he did do the rides. My dad said that you can trade Lego Minifigure parts with the people so I bought 2 of them and Kind lady helped me out and got me the right Minifigure out for me. I traded the one that I thought was the wizard and at the day I was satisfied with what Minifigure i have.

  1. Nathan, what an informative blog post! I have been to Thailand, but not to any of those other places. I would love to go to Vietnam. I also went on a cruise last year and the food was awesome on my boat too. It was called HAL Noordam. I think you chose really appropriate photos and the links were great to. Good job!
